We are pleased to invite contributions to our workshop “Robots from Pathways to Crowds: Ethical, Legal and Safety Concerns of Robots Navigating Human Environments” at RO-MAN in Naples on 31st August 2020.
Publication
All accepted papers will be published on the workshop website and will be distributed electronically in a dedicated website for workshop attendees, alongside videos of the presentations.
Submission Guidelines
Short papers or extended abstracts (max 2 pages) will be evaluated by the organizers.
All submissions should be formatted according to the standard IEEE RAS Formatting Instructions and Templates available here.
Authors are required to submit their papers electronically in PDF format in the provided site.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the workshop.

Presentation
Papers will be presented in short talks (10 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A) and/or poster spotlights. Authors will be notified of their presentation format at the time of acceptance.
The organisers would like to reassure authors that, independently of any potential restriction due to the COVID-19 situation, we will setup the workshop for either in person or remotely, following the guidelines and procedure of the main Ro-Man conference.
We look forward to share our work with the community despite any restrictions and we invite interested colleagues to join us.
